1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MindFuel app (“App”) and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Integra Limited, the developer and provider of the MindFuel App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the MindFuel App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the App

MindFuel is designed to provide educational content, quizzes, downloadable templates, and progress tracking. You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
• Access or tamper with non-public areas of the App or its systems.
• Use the App in a way that could disrupt other users or the services.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, such as personalized progress tracking, daily quizzes, or premium templates, you may need to create an account and/or subscribe.

• Free Users: Get access to selected lessons and features.
• Premium Users: Gain access to all lessons, quizzes, advanced tracking, and free downloads of templates.
• Template Purchases: Some templates may be purchased individually without a subscription.

All subscriptions and purchases are managed through the Google Play Store or App Store, and are subject to their terms of service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed securely via the app stores. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the refund policy of the platform used (Google Play or Apple App Store).

MindFuel does not directly issue refunds. For help with billing or refund requests, contact the store where you made the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including lessons, quizzes, templates, text, graphics, and logos—is the property of Integra Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any part of the content without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Services.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pocketiapp.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

MindFuel is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to offer a smooth and accurate learning experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Integra Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
