This Privacy Policy governs your visit to http://www.integraxp.com, https://pocketiapp.com, and Pocketi mobile application. The purpose of this agreement is to inform and explain to you how we manage, collect, use, possess, safeguard and disclose your Personal Data, which is subject to the privacy principles set out in Ghana’s Data Protection Act 2012.

Protecting our customer’s Personal Data and compliance with Applicable Laws is of the utmost importance to Pocketi and matter we take very seriously. We are committed to properly managing, protecting, and processing your Personal Data by this Privacy Policy, which applies to all Personal Data we collect through our Website and/or other channels.

Please read and review this Privacy Policy, which will inform you how we collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with Pocketi’s Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy forms part. This Privacy Policy supplements, but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to Pocketi in respect of your Personal Data. We may also collect and process your Personal Data under any exceptions to Applicable Laws, which are not set out in this Privacy Policy. We trust that it will assist you in making an informed decision on whether to provide us with any of your Personal Data.

1. Introduction

1.1. Pocketi (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://pocketiapp.com and Pocketi App (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

1.2. We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information by this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

2. Definitions

APPLICABLE LAW means the Data Protection Act 2012 (Ghana), and its respective subsidiary legislations and regulations, as amended from time to time;

PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and how any personal data are or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your data.

DATA PROCESSORS (OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers to process your data more effectively.

DATA SUBJECT is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.

THE USER is the individual using our Service. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

4.2. Usage Data.

4.2.1. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).

4.2.2. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

4.2.3. When you access Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

4.2.4. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 4.3. Device Information

4.3.1. We collect device-specific information when you access our Services, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about the device’s interaction with our Services.

4.4. Tracking Cookies Data.

4.4.1. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information.

4.4.2. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

4.4.3. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

4.4.4. Other tracking technologies are also used such as beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

5.1. Pocketi uses the collected data for various purposes:

6. Retention of Data

6.1. We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

6.2. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

6.3. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

7. Transfer of Data

7.1. Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

7.2. If you are located outside Ghana and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Cloud Database storage with AWS in South Africa and/or Kenya and process it there.

7.3. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

7.4. Pocketi will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and under this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

8. Disclosure of Data

8.1. We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

8.1.1. Disclosure for Law Enforcement. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

8.1.2. Other cases. We may disclose your information also:

(i) to our subsidiaries and affiliates

(ii) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;

(iii) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;

(iv) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information;

9. Security of Data

9.1. The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Your Data Protection Rights

10.1. You have the following rights in relation to your Data:

10.1.1. Right to access – the right to request (i) copies of the information we hold about you at any time, or (ii) that we modify, update or delete such information. If we provide you with access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for this, unless your request is “manifestly unfounded or excessive.” Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request. If we refuse your request, we will tell you the reasons why.

10.1.2. Right to correct – the right to have your Data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

10.1.3. Right to erase – the right to request that we delete or remove your Data from our systems.

10.1.4. Right to restrict our use of your Data- the right to “block” us from using your Data or limit how we can use it.

10.1.5. Right to data portability- the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your Data.

10.1.6. Right to object – the right to object to our use of your Data including where we use it for our legitimate interests.

10.3. If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint you make about your Data is handled by us, you may be able to refer your complaint to the relevant data protection authority.

10.4. the Data we hold about you must be accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your Data changes during the period for which we hold it.

11. Service Providers

11.1. We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

11.2. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

12.1. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

12.2. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network. 13. Behavioral Remarketing

13.1. Pocketi uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.
